Evaluasi Usability Websitemenggunakan Metode System Usability Scale (Studi Kasus Websiten Universitas Riau)

Website is a system that contains information that can present text, sound, and others whose data is stored on a server that is presented in hypertext form and is used as a medium of information for its users. Riau University has a website that is a medium of information for all campus activities, which contains academic and non-academic information. The University's website has never been evaluated. This study uses the System Usability Scale (SUS) method to measure the level of user satisfaction and determine the Acceptability, Grade Scale and Adjective Rating values on the Riau University website. The research process starts from determining the number of samples using tables of Isaac and Michael, with a total of 268 respondents. The system was built using the Unified Modeling Language (UML), Laravel language and MySQL database. The calculation results obtained that the SUS score was 76, with Grade B, Adjective Rating: Good and Acceptable. Keywords: Evaluation, Website Usability, System Usability Scale, UML
