Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Transformasional Dan Motivasi Terhadap Kinerja Guru SMK Negeri Pusat Keunggulan Di Kota Dumai
This study aims to analyze the effect of transformational leadership on teacher performance at the state vocational high school in the center of excellence in Dumai City. To analyze the effect of motivation on teacher performance at the state vocational high school in the center of excellence in Dumai City. As well as to analyze the influence of transformational leadership and motivation on teacher performance at the state vocational high school in the center of excellence in Dumai City. The research sites are SMK Negeri 1 Dumai, Jalan Cut Nyak Dien, and SMK Negeri 2 Dumai, Jalan Bukit Datuk Lama No. 100. The time of writing is done for 7 (seven) months, from March 2022 to September 2022. The research approach uses a quantitative approach. The population in this study were all teachers at the Vocational Schools of the Center of Excellence in Dumai City, namely 38 people of SMKN 1 Dumai and 67 people of SMKN 2 Dumai. The sampling technique in this study is a purposive sampling technique.The number of samples in this study was calculated using the Slovin formula, obtaining as many as 84. The data were analyzed using statistical tests of simple linear regression and multiple linear regression. The results obtained for the first hypothesis of the regression equation formed into Y = 55.217 + 0.587Xi. The meaning of the regression equation is the constant value (a) of 55.217, meaning that if transformational leadership is equal to zero, then the value of teacher performance is 55.217. The regression coefficient (b) of 0.587 means that for every one unit increase in transformational leadership, it will also be followed by an increase in teacher performance of 0.587 one unit. The results of the second hypothesis, namely the effect of work motivation (X2) on teacher performance (Y), obtained the regression equation Y = 3.832 + 1.089 X2. The meaning of the regression equation is the constant value (a) of 3.832, meaning that if the motivation for cooperation is zero, then the teacher's performance value is 3.832. The regression coefficient (b) of 1.089 means that every one unit increases teacher work motivation. It will also be followed by an increase in teacher performance of 1.089 one unit. Testing the third hypothesis, namely the influence of transformational leadership (Xi) and work motivation (X2) on teacher performance (Y), the regression equation formed Y = 6.274 + 0.051 X + 1.113 X2. The meaning of the regression equation, which is the value of the constant (a) of 6.274, means that if transformational leadership and motivation to work are equal to zero, then the teacher's performance is 6.274. The regression coefficient for transformational leadership (bi) is 0.051, meaning that for every one-time

increase in transformational leadership, it will also be followed by an increase in teacher performance of 0.051 one unit with the assumption that the work motivation variable is fixed. The coefficient of work motivation (b2) of 1.113 means that for every one unit increase in teacher work motivation, it will also be followed by an increase in teacher performance of 1.113 one unit with the assumption that the transformational leadership variable remains. Based on the results of the study, transformational leadership has significant effects on teachers' performance at the State Vocational High School of the Center of Excellence in Dumai City. There is a significant and motivational influence on teachers' performance at the State Vocational High School of the Center for Excellence in Dumai City. Transformational leadership and motivation have a significant influence on teacher performance at the State Vocational High School of the Center for Excellence in Dumai City.
