Pengaruh Motivasi Kerja Dan Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Guru Di Sekolah Dasar Kecamatan Rupat Kabupaten Bengkalis

The purpose of this study is to analyze whether or not work motivation
and work discipline are significant on the performance of elementary school
teachers, Rupat District, Bengkalis Regency. This research is motivated by the
level of teacher performance which is thought to be influenced by several factors
including work motivation and work discipline. This research uses quantitative
research with ex post facto method. The population of this study was the teachers
of the Cluster I State Elementary School in the District of Rupat, totaling 96
people. The sample taken in this study used a total sampling of 96 teachers. Data
collection techniques, namely documentation and questionnaires (questionnaires).
Analysis of the data used is descriptive statistics and inferential statistics. The
results of the study show that there is a positive and significant effect of work
motivation and work discipline on the performance of teachers of Cluster I State
Elementary Schools in Rupat District. The Magnitude of the influence of the Work
Motivation (X1) and Work Discipline (X2) on the Teacher Performance (Y) is
38,8 % while the rest is determined by other factors that are not part of this study.
