Pengaruh Trichokompos Dan Pupuk N, P, K Terhadap Pertumbuhan Dan Produksi Padi Sawah (Oryza Sativa L.) Dengan Metode Sri
Rice production is increasing due to the massive use of super variety and
intensive cultural technique. The main problem occurs when the rice production
in Riau is increasing but it is not enough to fulfill daily need of society
consumption. The production deficiency is 61 %. Thus to increase the
production, a System of Rice Intensification (SRI) technology can be used. The use
of SRI method by adding trichokompos can increase the crop yield. Since the low
nutrients in soil, the use of trichokompos need to be mixed with N, P, K fertilizer.
The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of trichokompos and N, P, K
fertilizer interaction to the growth and the production of rice (Oryza Sativa L.) by
using SRI Method.
The research was conducted in experimental field on Tengku Zainal
Abidin street and plant production laboratory of Agriculture Faculty in Riau
University. The research use RAL factorial that consists of 2 factors, the
dosage of Trichokompos (T) by 4 levels (0, 22,5, 45 dan 67,5) gr/polybag and
the dosage of N, P, K (N) fertilizer by 4 levels (0, Urea 0,9 + TSP 0,4 + KCL
0,2, Urea 1,8 + TSP 0,9 + KCL 0,4, Urea 2,7 + TSP 1,3 + KCL 0,6) gr/polybag.
From those two factors, there are 16 combined treatments and 3 times
repetition which result of 144 crops. The data was analyzed by using ANOVA
which is tested by DMRT in 5% level.
The result of giving trichokompos affect the height of the plants, dry
weight of the plant, panicle time, the amount of grains per panicle, the
percentage of grains per panicle, the weight of dry mill grains per cluster, the
weight of 1000 grains and harvest index. The use of N, P, K fertilizer affects
the parameter of plant height, maximum amount of seedlings, rood branch
ratio, dry weight of plant, the amount of productive seedlings, harvest time,
the amount of grains per panicle, the percentage of grains per panicle, the
weight of dry mill grains per cluster, and the weight of 1000 grains. The
interaction of trichokompos and N, P, K fertilizer affects the height of plants,
the amount of maximum seedlings, dry weight of plants, the amount of
productive seedlings, panicle time, harvest time, the amount of grains per
panicle, the percentage of grains per panicle, the weight of dry mill grains per
cluster, the weight of 1000 grains and harvest index. The best treatment
interaction from the result of this research was the use of Trichokompos
fertilizer at a level of 150% and N, P, K fertilizer at a level of 150% because it
could increase the growth and production of Batang Piaman rice varieties
with the SRI method.
