Pengaruh Disiplin Kerja Dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Guru SMK Negeri Dumai
The purpose of this study is to analyze whether or not the influence of
discipline on the performance of SMK teachers is significant or not, to analyze
whether or not work motivation is significant to the performance of SMK teachers
in Dumai and to analyze whether or not discipline and work motivation are
significant to the performance of SMK teachers in Dumai. This research uses
quantitative research with ex post fact method. The location where this research
was carried out was at the State Vocational School of Dumai City. The population
of this study consisted of 114 teachers, while the research sample consisted of 89
teachers at Dumai State Vocational School. The instrument of this research is a
questionnaire. Data analysis was carried out by simple and multiple regression
tests. Based on descriptive statistical analysis, it is known that the teacher
performance category is in the medium category, which is 71 (79.78%). The work
discipline variable category is included in the high category, which is 63
(70.79%). While the motivation variable in the medium category is 74 (83.15%).
In the prerequisite test data, all variables are normal and linear. Based on the
first hypothesis test, it is known that the sig value is 0.002
