Pengaruh Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah Dan Budaya Organisasi Terhadap Motivasi Kerja Guru SD Negeri Kecamatan Bengkalis Kabupaten Bengkalis
The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of the principal's
leadership and organizational culture both partially and simultaneously on
teachers' work motivation. This study uses a quantitative approach ex post facto.
A total of 257 samples were selected by simple random sampling from all
elementary school teachers in Bengkalis District. The data were obtained directly
from the respondents through a questionnaire and then statistically analyzed
using multiple linear regression analysis. Based on data analysis it is known that
there is a significant and positive influence both from the principal's leadership
and organizational culture on teacher work motivation both partially and
simultaneously with a contribution of 41.20% and the rest is influenced by other
factors such as infrastructure, academic achievement, and experience work. Thus
to be able to increase teacher work motivation, principal leadership and a
conducive organizational culture are needed.
