Pengaruh Metode Edutainment Terhadap Minat Belajar Sejarah Siswa Kelas XI MIA SMAN 2 Rambah Hilir

This study aims to determine: (1) the effect of the edutainment method
on students' interest in learning history in class XI MIA SMAN 2 Rambah Hilir.
(2) how much influence does the edutainment method have on students' interest in
learning history in class XI MIA SMAN 2 Rambah Hilir. This study used a quasiexperimental
method with a pretest-posttest control group design. The research
subjects were students of class XI MIA, at SMAN 2 Rambah Hilir. The sample in
this study was class XI MIA 1 as the control class and class XI MIA 2 as the
experimental class. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire with a Likert
scale. The results showed that: (1) There was an effect of the use of the
edutainment method on students' learning interest in history class XI MIA SMAN
2 Rambah Hilir. This is evidenced by the values obtained tcount = 2.335 and
ttable = 1.995. so that tcount > ttable at a significance level of 5%. Meanwhile,
the sig. of 0.022 which indicates 0.022
