Penerapan Model Pembelajaran Discovery Learning Dengan Menggunakan Video Animasi Untuk Meningkatkan Keaktifan Belajar Sejarah Siswa Kelas X6 Di SMAN 1 Pekanbaru
Activity in learning is the full range of activities or actions a person knowingly performs both physically and spiritually during the learning process that results in changes in his or her creating a conducive learning environment. The purpose of this study is for (1) to learn teachers' activities on history learning by using the discovery learning model using animated video media. (2) to find out the activities of the X6 student class at sman 1 new work on history learning using the discovery learning model using animated video media. (3) to learn activation of the X6 student history at sman 1 new discovery learning model using animated video media. In the study researchers are using animated videos as learning media. Data analysis techniques using student activity observation sheets, teacher activity observation sheets, and student activation observation sheets. This research procedure consists of the stages of planning, execution, observation and reflection. The results of this study indicate increased activation of students’ learning learning models after the application of the discovery learning model, with a percentage of students’ learning activities at cycle 1 51,96% and a cycle of 2 student learning activity reaching 79,44% of teacher cycle 1 has 62% of teacher activity on cycle 2 at 89,55%. Whereas the activation of student learning on cycles 1 is 49,73% and cycles 2 is 79,16% and already meets a high category with a 75% success indicator. Reached the conclusion that the discovery learning model using animated video media in this study can be pronounced effectively marked by increased teacher activity, student learning activity, and activation of student learning.
