Professionalism is one of the solid foundations in carrying out tasks or work, and this can only be done by people who are experts in their fields. Pinggir sub-district State Vocational Schools need teachers who have good professionalism. Based on the initial survey of the study, it was obtained a picture of the professionalism of the SMK Negeri Pinggir teachers that needed to be improved. There are several factors that influence teacher professionalism, namely the leadership of the principal and infrastructure. The principal as the highest leader in the school is considered successful if he can improve the performance and professionalism of teachers through various forms of coaching activities on the ability of teachers to carry out learning in schools. Complete infrastructure will provide encouragement and motivation to teachers to increase teacher professionalism in teaching.
The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of the principal's leadership on the professionalism of the teachers of the Pinggir District of Bengkalis State Vocational High School, and to analyze the effect of infrastructure on the professionalism of the teachers of the Pinggir District of Bengkalis State Vocational High School. infrastructure together on the professionalism of teachers of SMK Negeri Pinggir District, Bengkalis Regency.
The type of research conducted is survey research with a quantitative research approach. The population in this study were all teachers of State Vocational High Schools located in the suburbs of Bengkalis Regency, amounting to 80 people who were divided into 2 State Vocational Schools in Pinggir District. While the sample of this study were all teachers of Pinggir State Vocational School, amounting to 80 people. Data collection techniques, namely documentation and questionnaires. The research procedure was first to test the instrument to determine the validity and reliability of the instrument which was carried out on 32 teachers outside the teacher who were used as research samples. Furthermore, the questionnaire that has been tested is given to 80 teachers as research samples. Analysis of the data used is descriptive statistics and inferential statistics.
The results of the descriptive research show that the category of teacher professionalism in the medium category is 62 (77.5%), the principal leadership category in the medium category is 53 (66.25%) and the infrastructure category is in the medium category, which is 67 (83, 75%) Based on hypothesis testing and correlation coefficient, then obtained the result of testing the hypothesis of each. The first, hypothesis which reads that there is a significant influence between Principal Leadership (X1) on Teacher Professionalism (Y) is accepted, it is known that the value of sig = 0.003. The value of sig is 0. 003 < 0.05. The linear equation shows that Y = 26,112 + 0,261X1. The value of the constant and the

value of b indicates a positive value. Thus, it can be concluded that the relationship between variables is significant and positive. The correlation coefficient of this variable is 0.326, so it is also known that the value of determination (r2) Principal Leadership (X1) Against Teacher Professionalism (Y) is 0.632 or 63.2%. Or in other words, Principal Leadership has an effect of 63.2% on teacher professionalism.
Testing the second hypothesis which reads that there is a significant influence between School Infrastructure (X2) on Teacher Professionalism (Y) is accepted, it is known that the value of sig = 0.013. The linear equation shows that Y = 71.280 + 0.273X2. The value of the constant and the value of b indicates a positive value. Thus, it can be concluded that the relationship between variables is significant and positive. The value of sig is 0.013 < 0.05. The correlation coefficient of this variable is 0.276, so it is also known that the value of determination (r2) of infrastructure (X2) on Teacher Professionalism (Y) is 0.726 or 52.7%. Or in other words, infrastructure has an effect of 52.7% on teacher professionalism.
Testing the third hypothesis, it was found that the Principal's Leadership (X1) Facilities and Infrastructure (X2) had a significant effect on Teacher Professionalism (Y). Or in other words, the third hypothesis is accepted. The linear equation shows that Y = 45,018 + 0,291 X1 + 0,316 X2. The constant values and the values of a and b show positive values. Thus, it can be concluded that the relationship between variables is significant and positive. The magnitude of the correlation coefficient is 0.326, it is also known that the value of determination (r 2) Principal Leadership (X1) and Infrastructure (X2) Against Teacher Professionalism (Y) is 0.678 or 67.8%. Or in other words, Principal Leadership and Infrastructure has an effect of 67.8% on teacher professionalism.
