Pengaruh Penguasaan Literasi Digital Dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kompetensi Guru Dalam Penggunaan Aplikasi E- Raport Di SMP Negeri Kecamatan Pinggir Kabupaten Bengkalis
Teachers as an important factor in education are professionals who must be able to improve their professionalism so that they are able to balance and even exceed the development of science and technology. The implications of teacher competence in dealing with technological advances by having to adapt to the times in the application of technology in the learning process, one of which is mastery of digital literacy and the level of work motivation possessed by teachers. Teachers' competence in managing the learning process starts from planning, processes and assessments that have been integrated with information and communication technology in the use of e-report applications. This competency will synergize with digital literacy mastery and teacher work motivation in realizing the school's vision and mission.
Based on the background, several problems can be formulated in this study as follows: 1) Is there a positive and significant influence on mastery of digital literacy on teacher competence in the use of e-raport applications in SMP Negeri Pinggir District, Bengkalis Regency? 2) Is there a positive and significant effect of work motivation on teacher competence in the use of e-reports in SMP Negeri Pinggir District, Bengkalis Regency? 3) Is there a significant positive and significant influence on mastery of digital literacy and work motivation on teacher competence in the use of e-raport applications in SMP Negeri Pinggir District, Bengkalis Regency?
The objectives of this study are 1) To analyze the influence of digital literacy mastery on teacher competence in the use of e-reports in SMP Negeri Pinggir District, Bengkalis Regency, 2) To analyze the effect of work motivation on teacher competence in the use of e-report applications at SMP Negeri Pinggir District. Bengkalis Regency, 3) To analyze the influence of digital literacy mastery and work motivation on teacher competence in the use of e-raport applications in SMP Negeri Pinggir District, Bengkalis Regency.
This study uses a quantitative approach with a population of 86 teachers at a public junior high school in Pinggir sub-district. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling, in order to obtain a sample of 71 teachers. Data was collected through performance tests and questionnaires as research instruments. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis, inferential statistical analysis. Then the data obtained were analyzed with the regression coefficient and determination coefficient and regression test.
The results of the study seen from the frequency distribution table that most of the teacher competencies in the use of e-reports are in the medium category, most of the respondents' digital literacy mastery is in the medium category and most of the respondents' work motivation is also in the medium category. positive and significant mastery of digital literacy on teacher competence in the use of e-report applications, which is in the medium category of . There is a positive and significant effect of work motivation on teacher competence, which is in the medium category and there is a positive and significant influence between mastery of digital literacy and work motivation

together on teacher competence in the use of e-report applications by 56.40% and the rest is influenced by other factors not examined in this study. Thus, the principal is expected to provide teacher competency development in each of the schools he leads. Teachers can improve and increase mastery of digital literacy and increase teacher work motivation by attending seminars or training and exploring new knowledge so that competence in the field of mastering digital literacy is in line with technological and scientific advances in order to achieve school goals.
