The conflicts that exist in the world have sources that trigger the birth of a
conflict or several conflicts. The conflicts that have occurred have their own forms,
after that of course there are conflicts that are resolved and some are not resolved, in
this case the researcher will discuss one by one the sources of conflict, forms of
conflict and settlement or resolution of land conflicts that occur between
communities. Koto Aman Village with PT Sekar Bumi Alam Lestari (SBAL). The land
conflict that occurred between the people of Koto Aman Village and PT SBAL is a
conflict that has not found a bright spot until now
This research is entitled Land Conflict Between Village Communities and
Companies (Case Study In Koto Aman Village Community With PT Sekar Bumi Alam
Lestari In Koto Aman Village, Tapung Hilir District, Kampar Regency). The results
of this study explain that with an agreement that is not kept by one of the conflicting
parties which is the source of the emergence of a prolonged conflict, resistance and
rejection that occur as a form of conflict are demonstrations in various places by the
community to evacuation and road blocking, and mediation is one of the efforts the
resolution or resolution of the conflict which also did not make the land conflict
between the people of Koto Aman Village and PT SBAL complete.
