Faktor-Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Pendapatan Umkm Berbasis Ekonomi Digital Binaan Dinas Koperasi Dan Ukm Kota Pekanbaru

ABSTRACT
The purpose of this study is to determine the factors affecting msme income based on digital economy assisted by the department of cooperatives and smes of pekanbaru city and also what factors are the most dominantly affecting MSME income. The independent variables are capital (X1), labor (X2), and e-commerce (X3). The dependent variable is income (Y). This study uses a quantitative method with the research population, namely MSMEs assisted by the Department of Cooperatives and SMEs of Pekanbaru City, which amount to 31 units of MSMEs. While the sample in this study consisted of 19 units of MSMEs, the sampling technique used was purposive sampling technique with respondent criteria, namely MSMEs assisted by the Department of Cooperatives and SMEs of Pekanbaru City which using digital technology as a selling medium. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the capital (X1) and labor (X2) had an effect on the income of MSMEs assisted by Department of Cooperatives and SMEs of Pekanbaru City, while the e-commerce variable (X3) had no effect on the income of MSMEs assisted by the Department of Cooperatives and SMEs of Pekanbaru City. The most dominant factor influencing MSME income is capital (X1).
