ABSTRACT
This study aims to determine and analyze the factors of raw materials and labor on the production of crumb rubber at PT Perkebunan Nusantara V Kebun Air Molek I. The method used in this study is a quantitative regression method. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of raw materials and labor on the production of crumb rubber in PT Perkebunan Nusantara V Kebun Air Molek I and which factors are most dominant with multiple linear regression analysis techniques with the help of SPSS program. Data collection techniques used are secondary data in the form of time series. The results of this study indicate that partially and simultaneously the variables of raw materials and labor have a positive and significant effect on the production of crumb rubber at PT Perkebunan Nusantara V Kebun Air Molek I. And the most dominant variable in this study is the variable of raw materials.
