Analisis Biaya Dan Pendapatan Koperasi Serba Usaha Rejosari Kecamatan Tenayan Raya Kota Pekanbaru

The Rejosari Multipurpose Cooperative, Tenayan Raya District, Pekanbaru City has been registered at the Riau Province Cooperatives and SMEs Office with a legal entity No.70/BH/KDK-46/1:/III/1999 and manages a savings and loan business with 307 members. The purpose of this study was to analyze costs, revenues and SHU in an effort to develop the Rejosari Multipurpose Cooperative, Tenayan Raya District, Pekanbaru City. The benefits of this research are expected to provide knowledge about cooperatives. The data used in this study uses primary data. The data analysis method used in analyzing is by using a descriptive method, namely by collecting data and then tabulating it into a table and then describing it systematically and connecting it with relevant theories so that an approach to solving existing problems can be made. The results of this study indicate that the development of costs, income, and SHU of the Rejosari Multipurpose Cooperative is not stable from 2017-2021, however costs and total revenue from 2017-2022 tend to fluctuate due to decreased member participation. The management's efforts to overcome these problems are through collaboration with other agencies, promotions, improving services to members, developing facilities and infrastructure, and adding business units.
