ABSTRACT
This study aims to find out how the impact before and during the Covid-19 pandemic on the business profits of the chemojo cake industry in Dumai City, Riau Province. The method used in this research is a comparative descriptive method. The population in this study is the entire kemojo sponge industry in Dumai City, which currently consists of 16 industries. sampling can use the census method. So the sample in this study was 16 people. Data collection techniques used are questionnaires and documentation. The data were analyzed using the paired sample t test with the help of the SPSS Version program. 25.00. The results of this study indicate that before and during the Covid-19 Pandemic on business capital, turnover and profits in the sponge cake industry in Dumai City, Riau Province.
