Students need factors that can support success in learning, one of which is learning media. Interactive learning media that is well used by students is learning media that can facilitate learning motivation. This research was conducted to develop interactive learning media to facilitate students' motivation to learn mathematics. This learning media was developed using Adobe Flash Professional C6 software which can be accessed via an Android smartphone or laptop without internet access that meets valid and practical criteria. The research method used is 4D which consists of define, design, develop, and disseminate stages. Learning media were validated by 3 media experts and research subjects involved 3 students in one to one activities, 9 students in small group trials, and 35 students in large group trials. Research instruments include validation sheets and student response questionnaires. The validation results by experts obtained an average of 93.17% with very valid criteria. The results of one to one activities obtained some input from students. Input and suggestions obtained from validation and one to one are used as material for improvement. Furthermore, small group and large group trials were carried out, each of which obtained an average of 95.79% and 91.90% with very practical criteria. This interactive learning media meets valid and practical criteria.
