ABSTRACT
Beehive Rampai is wrong one kelurahan in Tenaya Raya, Pekanbaru City which consists of from 19 RT and 05 RW. With the more development resident and development House live in the Village Beehive Ramp up, then plan it something building building House living 2 floors in the area Ward Beehive Rampant Road Cross East of Nauli Alley. Writing Project End this aim plan and count Plan Budget Cost (RAB) House Live 2 floors in the Village Beehive Reach Pekanbaru City. Data collection was carried out with do literature study of book guidelines and related documents with planning building. Besides that data collection too done in a manner live to field for Retrieve condition data land on site, as well do a price survey ingredient building and wages all around location development. Planning building done with use help software AutoCad 2007 for 2D images , and planning dimensions structure done with Preliminary designs. From the results planning, home only 2 floors left built have wide building 240,5 m2 with wide land 300 m2. Based on results planned calculations need cost as big IDR 1,409,047,804.98 ( One Billion Four Hundred Nine Million Forty Seven Thousand Front One Hundred and Four Rupiah), with price units per square meter building IDR 5,858,826.63/ m2 ( Five Million Nine Hundred Fifty Five Thousand Eight Hundred Six Twenty Five Rupiah).
