ABSTRACT
One of the basics of building planning is drawing planning and the calculation of the Budget Plan (RAB). Plan drawings are needed to calculate RAB and also as a guide when carrying out work in the field. This RAB aims to be able to find out the details of the costs incurred by the building owner when constructing the desired building. The RAB calculation requires a reference in the form of a specific job analysis unit. In this final project, the authors designed a residential plan with a land area of 396 m2 for 7 residents using the price of materials and wages around the construction site and AHSP Pupr Candy with a designed building area of 274 m2. The total budget for the construction of a two-story house in Tanah Village Merah Kampar Regency in the amount of IDR 1,269,000,000.00 with a cost per meter of building area of IDR 4,631,386.00. This result is the sum of each job plus 11% tax. The work with the highest cost is found in concrete work, with a cost of Rp. 350,829,091.00 The work with the lowest cost is in Earth work, with a cost of Rp.10,813,778.00
