Analisis Jumlah Stasiun Hujan Pada Das Rokan Dengan Metode Stepwise
ABSTRACT
In an effort to manage water quality, the construction of water structures must be appropriate in order to maintain water quality and quantity. In the planning of water structures begins with hydrological analysis. To obtain accurate hydrological data, it is necessary to have a sufficient number of rain gauge station that are evenly distributed so that they can represent the hydrological conditions in the area of influence. Rokan watershed has 13 rain gauge stations with an area of influence of 15,341 km2. Due to the large number of rain gauge station, it is necessary to rationalize to see which rain gauge station are most closely related to the automatic water level recorder. In this research, we evaluated the density of the rain gauge station network using the WMO standard and analyzed the relationship between the rain gauge station and the automatic water level recorder using the stepwise method. This analysis used 11 of 13 rain gauge station that qualify area percentage are above 1% in Polygon Thiessen. The results of evaluating the density of rain gauge station with WMO standards are still not qualified because the distribution area of rain gauge station in the Rokan watershed is not evenly distributed. The results of the analysis using the stepwise cannot be used because a recommendation is obtained with a total of 2 rain gauge station while based on the WMO standards, Rokan watershed must have a minimum of 7 rain gauge station. In the stepwise-enter a combination of 7 rain gauge is produced with a correlation value of 0.965.
