Pengaruh Budaya Organisasi Dan Altruisme Terhadap Etos Kerja Guru Yayasan Titian Bazma Dumai
The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of organizational
culture on the work ethic of the Titian Bazma Dumai Foundation teachers,
analyze the influence of altruism on the work ethic of the Titian Bazma Dumai
Foundation teachers, and analyze the influence of organizational culture and
altruism on the work ethic of the Titian Bazma Dumai Foundation teachers. This
study used an ex post facto (non-experimental) approach with a correlational
design. So that in this study does not conduct treatment of research variables but
examines the facts that have occurred and have been carried out by the research
subject.
The research was conducted at the Titian Bazma Foundation in Dumai
City, from August 2022 to November 2022. The population of this research is 84
teachers. For the sample to be studied, the researcher used a saturated sample,
because the population was below 100 people, the sample of this study was 84
teachers. The instrument used in this study was a questionnaire. The
questionnaire in this study used the Likert scale. The trial questionnaire was
carried out outside a sample of 30 respondents. Teknik data analysis in
quantitative research using statistics. There are two kinds of statistics used for
data analysis in research, namely descriptive statistics, and inferential statistics.
Descriptive statistics are statistics used to analyze data by describing or
describing the data that has been collected as it is without intending to make
conclusions that apply to the public. In this study hypothesis testing used simple
linear regression analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. In testing the
hypothesis for the relationship of X1 to Y and X2 to Y using the t test, while it is to
test the hypothesis of the relationship of X1 and X2 together against Y using the F
test.
Based on data analysis and discussion, researchers can conclude the
results of the study as follows (a) There is a significant and positive influence of
organizational culture (X1) on the work ethic of teachers (Y), seen in the sig
value of 0.000. The magnitude of the influence of the organizational culture
variable (X1) on the teacher's work ethic (Y) was 33.9%. Organizational culture
is closely related to work ethic. The better a person is in carrying out
organizational culture, the more motivated and motivated a person will be in
carrying out work well, and be able to achieve the desired learning goals so that
the better his work ethic in carrying out his responsibilities, (b) There is a
significant and positive influence of altruism (X2) on the work ethic of the teacher
(Y), visible of the sig value is less than the probability value of 0.05 or the value
of 0.000 < 0.05. The magnitude of the influence of the altruism variable (X2) on
the teacher's work ethic (Y) is 15%. Altruism behavior if really owned by the
teacher will be able to provide a good work ethic in carrying out the teaching and
learning process so that the teacher can improve his ability tomanage teaching
and learning activities in accordance withthe desired learning goals. Thus
altruism also greatly affects the work ethic of teachers in carrying out their duties.

(c) There is a significant and positive influence of organizational culture (X1) and
altruism (X2) together on the work ethic of teachers (Y), seen in the F test table it
is known that the Sig value is 0.000. The magnitude of the influence of
organizational culture (X1) and Altruism (X2) together on work ethic (Y) is 38%.
A good organizational culture will be able to motivate teachers to carry out
their work well, so that teachers are able to achieve the desired learning goals.
Likewise, adanya altruism can provide a good work ethic to teachers in carrying
out the teaching and learning process so that teachers can improve their ability
to manage teaching and learning activities in accordance withthe desired
learning goals. This means that if the organizational culture goes well and the
altruism behavior of each teacher will improve the work ethic of the teacher.
