Pengaruh Supervisi Akademik, Partisipasi Musyawarah Guru Mata Pelajaran Dan Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah Terhadap Kompetensi Profesional Guru Di SMA Negeri Se-Kecamatan Tenayan Raya Pekanbaru
Academic supervision is a set of activities that help teachers hone their skills in controlling the learning process in order to meet academic objectives.The goal of academic supervision is to support teachers as they advance their careers.Additionally, participating in subject teacher discussions can help teachers improve their professional abilities. Subject Teacher Deliberation Participants (MGMP) are associations or associations for subject teachers who are in a studio, district/city school. These associations serve as a means of communication, a way for teachers to form friendships, and a way for teachers to exchange ideas and experiences in order to improve performance by teachers as practitioners or perpetrators of changes in learning reorientation in the classroom. The principal's management of the school's teaching personnel has a significant impact on the achievement of education in schools.It is envisaged that with effective leadership, all educators will be in a positive mindset and atmosphere, increasing all of their abilities, particularly their professional competence in mastering subject matter and carrying out learning activities.
The formulation of this problem includes (1) Is there a significant and positive influence between academic supervision on the professional competence of teachers in SMA Negeri Tenayan Raya? (2) Is there a significant and positive influence on the participation of subject teacher deliberations on the professional competence of teachers in SMA Negeri Tenayan Raya? (3) Is there a significant and positive influence between the principal's leadership on the professional competence of teachers in public high schools in the Tenayan Raya sub-district? (4) Is there a positive and significant influence on academic supervision, subject teacher deliberation participation (MGMP), and school principal leadership on the professional competence of high school teachers in the Tenayan Raya sub-district?
The objectives of this study are to (1) determine whether academic supervision has a positive and significant impact on the professional competence of public high school teachers in the Tenayan Raya Pekanbaru sub-district partially; (2) determine whether subject teacher deliberation participation (MGMP) has a positive and significant impact on the professional competence of public high school teachers in the Tenayan Raya Pekanbaru sub-district partially;(3) determine whether leadership of the principal has a positive and significant impact on the professional competence of public high school teachers in the Tenayan Raya Pelkanbaru District; and (4) determine whether there academic supervision, subject teacher deliberation participation (MGMP), and leadership of the principal has a positive and significant impact on the professional competence of public high school teachers in the Tenayan Raya District.
This study uses a quantitative approach. The technique in this study was carried out to analyze the influence of the three independent variables, namely

academic supervision (X1), subject teacher deliberation participation (X2), school principal leadership (X3), on one dependent variable, namely professional competence. teacher (Y). The population in this study were all teachers at State Senior High School in Tenayan Raya District, Pekanbaru with a total population of 195 teachers in 3 public high schools. The sample was 49 teachers in Tenayan Raya State High School. The data collection technique is in the form of an instrument in the form of a questionnaire. Meanwhile, what is used to process and analyze the data in this study is the research data profile analysis technique in the form of descriptions, descriptive statistics and inferential statistics. The research data were analyzed using the SPSS (statistical package for social science) Version.25 program.
The results of the research and discussion in this regard include the effect of academic supervision on teacher professional competence, the effect of participation in subject teacher deliberations on teacher professional competence, the influence of school principal leadership on teacher professional competence, as well as the influence of academic supervision, participation in subject teacher deliberations, school principal leadership jointly on the professional competence of teachers; (1) obtained a positive influence on the academic supervision variable (X1) on the professional competence of teachers (Y) SMA Negeri Tenayan Raya District, (2) obtained a positive effect on the subject teacher deliberation participation variable (X2) on the professional competence of teachers (Y) SMA Tenayan Raya District State, (3) obtained a positive effect of the principal's leadership variable (X3) on the professional competence of teachers (Y) SMA Negeri Tenayan Raya District, (4) obtained a positive influence on academic supervision variable (X1), subject teacher participation (X2), and the leadership of the principal (X3) together on the professional competence of teachers (Y) SMA Negeri Tenayan Raya District
