Manajemen Pembelajaran Guru Pada Masa Pandemi Covid-19 Di SMP Negeri 2 Sungai Apit Kecamatan Sungai Apit Kabupaten Siak
This study aims to analyze the learning management applied by teachers
at SMP Negeri 2 Sungai Apit, Sungai Apit District, Siak Regency during the
Covid-19 pandemic and the supporting and inhibiting factors of learning
management implemented at SMP Negeri 2 Sungai Apit, Siak Regency during the
Covid-19 pandemic. This study also aims to provide an overview and describe the
phenomena found when conducting learning management research at SMPN 02
Sungai Apit, Siak Regency during the Covid-19 pandemic.
This research approach is to use qualitative research methods.
Researchers use observation, interview questions, and documentation as a method
of collecting data in research
This study found that 1) The implementation of learning management
during the Covid-19 pandemic at Sungai Apit 2 Public Middle School, Sungai
Apit District, Siak Regency was carried out by analyzing Effective Days and
Learning Programs, Making Annual Programs, Semester Programs and Billing
Programs, Compiling Syllabus, Compiling Learning Implementation Plans,
Conducting learning assessments during online learning, Conducting Classroom
Management, Student Management, Management of Learning Activities, and
Evaluating learning outcomes. 2) Factors supporting learning management
during the Covid-19 pandemic at SMPN 2 Sungai Apit, Sungai Apit District, Siak
Regency include: 1) availability of reliable communication tools between school
and students, 2) student motivation, and 3) parental support is key factors in
assisting teachers in managing learning. 3) The inhibiting factors in teacher
learning management during the Covid-19 pandemic at Sungai Apit 2 Public
Middle School, Sungai Apit District, Siak Regency, namely: 1) Teachers and
students were not ready to carry out online learning optimally; 2) Parental
supervision of the implementation of online learning is lacking; and 3) Students
are not enthusiastic about the experience.
