Pengaruh Interaksi Sosial Dan Integritas Terhadap Kompetensi Sosial Guru SMK Negeri 1 Seberida
The teacher is a very dominant and important factor in formal education in general because for students, teachers are often used as role models. The education/learning process will not run well if the teacher is unable to communicate well with students, fellow educators, educational staff, other professional institutions, parents, and the community. Therefore, the teacher must have the ability to socialize or communicate. This ability is often called the teacher's social competence. A teacher must try to be able to develop his communication both in the school environment and in the community environment.
Teachers in the eyes of society and students are role models who need to be emulated and are role models in their daily lives. Teachers need to have social competence in order to support the effectiveness of the implementation of the learning process. Through these competencies, the school's relationship with the community can run synergistically. Social competence needs to be built in tandem with teacher competence in communicating, collaborating, getting along sympathetically, and having a pleasant soul. One factor that is quite influential on the social competence of teachers is social interaction. Because social interaction is the main requirement for social activities. Social interaction is a form of action that occurs between two or more objects that have an effect on each other. Then integrity in work is needed because it becomes the foundation for building trust between teachers and students. Because someone with integrity is someone who is self-aware to be responsible and always honest in every action. Integrity is something that can be developed because it is related to the nature and character of a person.
This study raises research issues regarding: 1) Is there an influence of social interaction on the social competence of teachers at SMK Negeri 1 Seberida? 2) Is there an effect of integrity on the social competence of teachers at SMK Negeri 1 Seberida? And 3) Is there a significant influence between social interaction and integrity together on the social competence teachers at SMK Negeri 1 Seberida? Then this study aims to analyze 1) the effect of social interaction on the social competence of teachers at SMK Negeri 1 Seberida; 2) the effect of integrity on the social competence of teachers at SMK Negeri 1 Seberida, and 3) the significant influence between social interaction and integrity together on the social competence of teachers at SMK Negeri 1 Seberida.
This research uses a quantitative approach with the type of research that will be used is the type of ex post facto research. The technique in this study was carried out to analyze the influence of two independent variables, namely social interaction (X1), integrity (X2), on one dependent variable, namely social competence (Y). The population in this study were all State Vocational School teachers in Seberida with a total population of 57 teachers from SMK Negeri 1

Seberida teachers, the study sample was 50 teachers. The trial was conducted on 30 teachers who were taken by other schools with the same school characteristics. data collection techniques in the form of instruments in the form of questionnaires. Meanwhile, what is used to process and analyze the data in this study is the research data profile analysis technique in the form of descriptions, descriptive statistics and inferential statistics. The research data were analyzed using the SPSS (statistical package for social science) Version.25 program.
The results of the study obtained a significant effect of social interaction on teacher social competence, a significant effect of integrity on social teacher competence, and a significant effect between social interaction and integrity together on teacher social competence. The results of this study can be concluded that the better the social interaction of the teachers of SMK Negeri 1 Seberida, the better their social competence, as well as the better the integrity of the teachers of SMK Negeri 1 Seberida, the better their social competence, as well as when they are together. This research is expected to be useful for improving and increasing social interaction and teacher integrity so that the teacher's social competence will have a significant effect on the development of education in schools.
