Pengaruh Supervisi Akademik Dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Semangat Kerja Guru SD Negeri Kecamatan Kubu Kabupaten Rokan Hilir
The teacher holds a dual role, namely as a teacher and educator which is one of the determining factors for the success of education. As a teacher, the teacher is in charge of providing a number of subject matter to students. As educators, teachers are tasked with guiding and fostering student behavior so that they become capable, active, creative, and independent human beings. The role of the teacher will be carried out well if they have high morale. This is in accordance with the opinion of Austin, et al (2020) that in order to achieve the goals that have been set, one must have enthusiasm for work. Morale is a mental attitude that encourages a person to work harder, faster and better.
The teacher's work spirit is an attitude or action of the teacher that is shown while he is working, such as a passionate attitude at work, being serious and carrying out his responsibilities to the fullest. Widiantari, et al (2015) said that enthusiasm for work will be seen when the teacher carries out his work, such as being responsible for achieving goals. Teachers as educators, of course, enthusiasm for work is the most important thing that must be possessed, because with high morale the teacher will always improve his abilities. Increasing the ability of teachers will make it easier to achieve learning goals and even school goals.
According to Edy Sutrisno (2013) teacher morale is influenced by the conditions of the work environment, adequate competence, good supervision, job security, status and responsibility, and flexible regulations. In this study will discuss two factors that influence teacher morale, namely academic supervision and the work environment. Furthermore, the second factor that influences teacher morale is the work environment. The work environment is the whole of the facilities and infrastructure around the teacher in doing work that can affect the implementation of his work. Afandi (2018) stated that the work environment is something that is around workers who can influence them in carrying out their duties and responsibilities, such as room temperature, humidity, ventilation, lighting, noise, room cleanliness and adequate work facilities.
This study raises research issues regarding: 1) Is there a positive and significant effect of academic supervision on the morale of SD Negeri teachers in Kubu District, Rokan Hilir Regency?; 2) Is there a positive and significant influence of the work environment on the morale of SD Negeri teachers in Kubu District, Rokan Hilir Regency?; 3) Is there a positive and significant influence of academic supervision and the work environment together on the morale of SD Negeri teachers in Kubu District, Rokan Hilir Regency? Then this research aims to; 1) To describe the influence of academic supervision on the morale of SD Negeri teachers in Kubu District, Rokan Hilir Regency; 2) To describe the influence of the work environment on the morale of SD Negeri teachers in Kubu District, Rokan Hilir Regency; and 3) To describe the influence of academic supervision and the work environment together on the morale of SD Negeri teachers in Kubu District, Rokan Hilir Regency.
This study uses a quantitative approach to the type of research ex post fact. The technique in this study was carried out to analyze the effect of two independent variables, namely academic supervision (X1), work environment (X2), on one dependent variable, namely teacher morale (Y). The population in this study were elementary school teachers in Kubu District, Rokan Hilir Regency, with a total of 141 teachers. Then the research sample was 59 elementary school students in Kubu District, Rokan Hilir Regency with an error level of 10% who were randomly selected using the Slovin formula. The trial was conducted on 30

teachers who were taken outside the research sample. The data collection technique is in the form of an instrument in the form of a questionnaire. Meanwhile, what is used to process and analyze the data in this study is the research data profile analysis technique in the form of descriptions, descriptive statistics and inferential statistics. The research data were analyzed using the SPSS (statistical package for social science) Version.23 program.
The results showed that there was a positive and significant influence between the effect of academic supervision on the morale of teachers of SD Negeri Kubu District, Rokan Hilir Regency, there was an influence of the work environment on the morale of teachers of SD Negeri Kubu District, Rokan Hilir Regency, and there was a positive and significant influence between academic supervision and the environment work enthusiasm for teachers of SD Negeri Kubu District, Rokan Hilir Regency. The results of this study can be concluded that the better the academic supervision carried out by the principal, the more the teacher's morale will increase in carrying out their duties, then the better and more conducive the teacher's work environment will be, the more the teacher's morale will increase, as well as when they are together. This research is expected to be useful for improving and improving the academic supervision of school principals and the work environment in order to increase teacher morale.
