Manajemen Sanggar Teater Sekolah Di SMA Negeri Kota Pekanbaru
This study aims to determine the process of planning, organization,
implementation, supervision, support, and inhibitors in implementing school
theater studios as extracurricular activities in SMA Negeri Pekanbaru. Plans
implemented at the Pekanbaru City Public High School's School Theatre Studio
begin with the studio's vision, mission and goal preparation, work programme
and studio rule preparation plans, funding, membership and studio planning
plans, and marketing plans.

Organization: 1) Organizational Structure. In the organization of the school
theater studio, the director is the principal, the acquaintances and supervisors are
the student deputy directors, the director is the studio supervisor, the principal
mentor and host, and the members are themselves-Development Participant 2)
Job description. All components involved in the management of the school theatre
studio at Pekanbaru City Public High School have properly performed their
duties and responsibilities. 3) Safras. Facilities and infrastructure met the
standards. These facilities consist of musical instruments supporting performance,
sound facilities, costumes/clothes, characters, and property supporting
performance. The infrastructure is in the form of a studio practice room and a
stage in the school.
The execution of the theater studio work program is carried out by all
students registered as members of the theater studio. 1) Coaching system. Senja 5
Theater Studio uses a coaching system in groups of guides, while Ketjik Theater
Studio uses an integrated coaching system. 2) a briefing The studio supervisor
gives instructions to the studio supervisor and also receives instructions from the
student director according to the studio supervisor's SK. 3) Motivation.
Motivation from each component involved in the management of the school
theater studio, school principal, student assistant,
School Theatre Studio Management Director: 1) Monitoring. Monitoring
is done directly by the studio supervisor to the studio members who are
responsible for the principal and student vice-chairman. 2) Assessment.
Assessment activities are conducted using the teaching method after each meeting
and discussions between coaches and studio members. Evaluation is also
conducted by school principals, adjunct students, and art teachers who are
responsible for evaluating the studio and enhancing the school's reputation.
Factors supporting both internal and external school theater studios at
Pekanbaru City Public High School. Internal support factors, studio members
themselves. External support factors come from school support. On the other
hand, external factors of the studio, such as the lack of facilities for the concert
hall, are obstacles.
