Pengaruh Supervisi Akademik Pengawas Sekolah Dan Kepala Sekolah Terhadap Kinerja Guru SMK Kecamatan Seberida Inhu Riau
Teacher performance is an activity carried out by the teacher to support his duties as an educator, starting from planning, making tools, carrying out learning, conducting assessments and carrying out follow-up, and how he is able to apply them in social life.
The background of this research is that there are still teachers at Seberida District Vocational High School who have not performed well in the learning process activities carried out, both from lesson planning, implementation, evaluation to follow-up of the learning process. This of course requires improvement through supervision activities to improve teacher performance.
This study aims to determine (1) the effect of school supervisors' academic supervision on teacher performance, (2) the effect of school principals' academic supervision on teacher performance (3) the influence of school supervisors and principals' academic supervision simultaneously influencing the performance of SMK Seberida District teachers.
This research is a correlational study with a quantitative approach. This study tested three variables consisting of the independent variable (X1) supervision of the school supervisor, the independent variable (X2), the academic supervision of the principal and the dependent variable (Y), teacher performance.
The population of this study were 77 teachers at SMK Negeri 1 Seberida, namely SMK Negeri 1 Seberida with 57 teachers, SMK Negeri 1 Batang Gansal with 20 teachers. the sample in this study were 65 people. Research data collection techniques using a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis techniques using multiple correlation analysis and multiple regression. Data analysis was processed using Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) version 20.
The results showed that: (1) Academic supervision of school supervisors had a positive and significant effect on the performance of teachers of SMK Seberida District, with a regression coefficient of 0.404 and a significance of 0.005 less than alpha 5% (0.005
