Analisis Kelayakan Finansial Driver Ojek Online (Studi Kasus Grabbike Pekanbaru)

ABSTRACT
Online transportation is one example of the development of application-based technology which was quite well received at the beginning of its emergence because it is considered one of the best innovations today. One of the current online transportation services is grab, grab is a transportation service provider that was present in Indonesia in 2012 providing GrabCar and GrabBike. This study analyzes the financial feasibility of GrabBike online motorcycle taxi drivers in Pekanbaru, especially in the Districts of Binawidya, Marpoyan Damai, Bukit Raya, Lima Puluh, Senapelan and Payung Sekaki which has been carried out aiming to be taken into consideration by people who want to join as GrabBike driver partners. This feasibility analysis method uses 2 scenarios, namely the PU (Main Job) scenario which uses 10 samples from a total of 81 respondents and the PS (Side Job) scenario which uses 10 samples from a total of 19 respondents. The average result obtained from the ten financial feasibility tests for the PU scenario is the BEP value of Rp. 121,328.33; PBP obtained 1 year 2 months, IRR 58%, NPV Rp 136,526,669.63; BCR 1,482 value is greater than 1. For the PS scenario, the BEP value is Rp. 77,285.00, PBP earned 2 years 6 months, IRR 45%, NPV Rp. 20,807,366.07; BCR 0.906 value is less than 1. Based on the financial analysis of the five methods, the scenario for PU as a GrabBike driver is declared feasible and PS scenario as a GrabBike driver is declared unfeasible to run.
