ABSTRACT
The Department of Computer Science, Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, Riau University has facilities and infrastructure to support the process of teaching and learning activities. Existing facilities and infrastructure must be maintained and improved in quality so that students feel comfortable in the learning process. To improve this quality, a system is needed that can collect data on the level of student satisfaction with facilities and infrastructure. However, the problem found is that the Department of Computer Science does not yet have such a system. The purpose of this final project is to build a system that can collect, process data and print a survey report on the level of student satisfaction with facilities and infrastructure. The system is designed using UML (Unified Model Language) modeling and uses HTML, PHP, MySQL as database, CodeIgniter as PHP Framework and Bootstrap as CSS Framework. This final project produces a website-based information system that can help the Department of Computer Science, Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, Riau University to obtain information related to the level of student satisfaction with facilities and infrastructure.
