Analisis Beban Overloading Kendaraan Terhadap Umur Rencana Pada Struktur Perkerasan Lentur Ruas Jalan Kubang Raya (Pekanbaru)
ABSTRACK
The Kubang Raya (Pekanbaru) Road section is one of the National Roads in Riau Province with a length of 12.45 km. This section of the road is very influential in the development of the Riau region and can reduce the traffic burden on the road network in Pekanbaru City. The problem that often occurs is the reduction in service life caused by excess vehicle loads that result in damage to the road surface. This study aims to calculate the amount of overloading load that occurs and analyzes the magnitude of the decrease in plan life due to overload. The results showed that the largest VDF value for overload conditions was 260% greater than the VDF value for normal conditions and the amount of overloading based on the largest Truck Factor (TF) value in 2022 is 2,910 > 1. Based on the analysis using the 1993 AASHTO equation, there was the largest decrease in plan life, which was 65,04% ≈ 6,504 years from the 10-year plan life caused by scenario (3.a), which is a scenario VDF based on the actual vehicle weight of the Dumai Weighbridge and the configuration of the Bina Marga axis (1989). This is in accordance with the data from the LPSE website of Riau province (2022), which states that the Kubang Raya (Pekanbaru) Road section has experienced an increase in pavement in the adjacent years, namely in 2013 and 2016.
