Planning a building is very necessary so that the implementation of development
can be carried out more effectively and affordably both in terms of cost, labor and
building quality. In planning a building, the main thing that must be planned is the
Cost Budget Plan which will determine the cost of work which refers to the plan
drawings, material prices and wages around the construction site and AHSP
Permen PUPR. The purpose of this Final Project is to design a plan drawing with
a building area of 203,5m2, and calculate the cost budget plan. The results of the
budget plan obtained were obtained at Rp. 1.212.400.000.00 (one billion two
hundred twelve million four hundred thousand rupiah), and for the cost per m2 of
building obtained amounted to Rp. 5.957.739,56 (five million nine hundred and
fifty-seven thousand seven hundred and thirty-nine rupiah).
