Analisis Kurva Aturan (Rule Curve) Embung Sedanau Kabupaten Natuna
ABSTRACT Natuna Regency is part of the Kepulauan Riau Province which is located at the very northern end of Indonesia. Natuna consists of a group of small islands with a total of 27 inhabited islands out of a total of 154 islands. The object of this research is Sedanau Island, which currently utilizes groundwater as a source of raw water in a limited amount to meet the needs of 6,086 people. The construction of the Sedanau reservoir was done in 2017, therefore the pattern of operation of the reservoir needs to be appropriately regulated so that the community's water needs can be met. This study aims to analyze the available water discharge on Sedanau Island and the rule curve as a guideline for the operation of the annual pond. The method used is a simulation method by adjusting the pump capacity and operating time duration. The research phase begins with analyzing the flow rate of the FJ mock method using rainfall and evapotranspiration data. The operating scenarios are carried out with a pump capacity of 5 liters/second, 10 liters/second, and 15 liters/second. Then trial and error were carried out for 3-time durations, namely for 6 hours, 12 hours, and 24 hours, given the notations A1, A2, A3, B1, B2, B3, C1, C2, and C3. The simulation was carried out in 3 conditions, namely wet year (B), normal year (N), and dry year (K) with reliable debits of 20%, 50%, and 90%. The analysis results show that the annual plan of operation is said to be successful if the water released is not less than the dead storage volume, namely at an elevation of 7.92 m. In Conclusion, the maximum capacity of the reservoir to operate by using a water pump with a capacity of 15 liters/second with 12 hours operation time.
