Pengaruh Variasi Kecepatan Pembebanan Terhadap Kuat Tarik Lentur (Modulus Of Rupture) Balok Beton K-250
ABSTRACT
In general, the flexural tensile strength of concrete is affected by the composition of concrete, but it turns out to be not only affected by the composition of concrete, but also can be affected by the loading speed. The effect of variation in loading speed on the tensile strength value of the K-250 concrete will be tested in this study. This test aims to determine the effect of variation in loading speed on the strong value of bending tensile strength of concrete and the resulting maximum speed on variation in loading speed. Measurement of loading speed using stopwatch and video recording. Based on ASTM C 78/C 78M-18 for beam test objects 60 cm x 15 cm x 15 cm. The standard loading speed is 0.9 MPa/min ± 1.2 MPa/min. The study used seven variations in loading speed, namely 0.5 MPa/min, 0.75 MPa/min, 0.9 MPa/min, 1.2 MPa/min, 2 MPa/min, 3 MPa/min and 4 MPa/min. Each variation in loading velocity consists of three concrete beam-shaped test bodies. Research results show that the greater the loading speed, the greater the flexural tensile strength is. The ratio of bending tensile strength values resulting in variations in loading speed below the standard variation (0.9 MPa/min) has a smaller ratio than variations in loading speed above the standard.
