Perancangan Museum Interaktif Permainan Anak Di Pekanbaru Dengan Pendekatan Arsitektur Perilaku
ABSTRACT
The development of technology and science is running very rapidly. Developments in technology and science also have an impact on children. This encourages acceleration in terms of children's growth and development, which should be done gradually, continuously and continuously in the formation of children's character. Children tend to be preoccupied with enjoying everything alone so that the time to chat and explore with others is directly reduced. Sufficient stimulation in children is needed in every aspect of development, in the form of cognitive, social, physical, motor, emotional, language, and moral. This can be done through the learning process with games, books, songs, and so on. Means that can support the optimization of children's growth and development, namely by planning children's recreation and education places to accommodate play and learning activities that are informal and easy to reach, namely the Interactive Children's Play Museum by providing facilities such as, indoor game room, outdoor game room, children's play room special game displays, libraries, auditoriums, and other supporting facilities. This museum with an interactive system that has developed will reintroduce conventional children's games. This design approach is adapted to the museum's target function, namely children, by using a behavioral architectural approach to produce a good relationship between spatial function and user behavior. Children have special characters that are different from adults so that special processing is needed in spatial planning to accommodate their activities. Child behavior is a design concept used in designing. The basic idea in the formulation of the concept of the Interactive Children's Play Museum in Pekanbaru is based on the character of the child's behavior which is then visualized in the design so that a flow of spatial activities is produced in the museum.
