ABSTRACT
The intersection of Jalan SM Amin - Jalan Naga Sakti is an unsignalized three-arm intersection located in Pekanbaru City. This intersection occurs due to traffic jams from opposite directions that cut each other, so it is necessary to carry out an analysis that starts with the calculation of the 1997 Indonesian Highway Capacity Manual. The results obtained from the analysis that has been observed manually using the form on Monday, Thursday and Saturday at 06.00-18.00 WIB at peak hours with the highest traffic, namely on Saturday at 17.00-18.00 obtained the volume of traffic flow at this intersection of 6,000.4 pcu/hour. The value of the intersection capacity of Jalan SM Amin - Jalan Naga Sakti is 8,681 pcu/hour. Intersection traffic delay of 5.41 sec/pcu.
