Pengaruh Latihan Variasi Terhadap Ketepatan Servis Atas Pada Siswa Yang Mengikuti Ekstrakurikuler Bola Voli Putra Di SMA Negeri 3 Bangko Pusako Kabupaten Rokan Hilir
One of the most important aspects of serving perfectly in volleyball is the accuracy of the upper serve. A player must be able to focus properly. However, in reality, the player's lack of concentration causes his serve to miss the target. The start of the game is determined by the accuracy of the player's serve. If the player does not serve correctly, the team loses and the opponent wins. Accuracy can be achieved by practicing the movement repeatedly, speeding up the movement, increasing or decreasing the target distance or both. Upper serve drills are a type of drill that are performed in a more straightforward manner before moving on to the next stage to avoid boredom.
Students who take part in the men's volleyball extracurricular at SMA Negeri 3 Bangko Pusako, Rokan Hilir Regency are the subject of this study and the aim is to find out how variations in training affect the accuracy of the upper serve. It is hoped that this research can become a source of information and reference for improving sports achievements, especially volleyball.
