Analisis Pemeliharaan Dan Penjadwalan Mesin Screw Press (Studi Kasus: Station Pressing Di Pt. Mitra Agung Swadaya)
ABSTRACT
This study aims to identify and calculate the performance of the Screw Press machine based on the Overall Equipment Effectiveness values and to analyze the Failure Mode and Effect Analysis and to analyze the maintenance scheduling of the Screw Press machine. Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) is one of the performance measurement methods for Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) which is widely used by manufacturing companies to measure the performance of maintenance of machine/equipment operations in factories. Furthermore, the processing of Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) was carried out. FMEA is a methodology used to analyze and find all failures in an item. The research method uses the Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) approach by analyzing the OEE value and then analyzing it with FMEA then from the results of the FMEA analysis a screw press machine schedule will be made. Analysis over a period of 16 months obtained OEE values for screw I of 80.53%, screw press II of 86.98%, screw press III of 88.40% and screw press IV of 55.30%. of the four screw press machines, only two machines were standard OEE word class, namely 85.4%. The next measurement to be carried out is to measure the OEE six big losses to determine the factors that cause a decrease in engine constraints, namely idling and minor stoppage losses. The next step is to analyze the critical components contained in the screw press machine using the FMEA method, the main priority is to improve the 5 critical components of the screw press machine, namely the worm screw, protection nut, press cage, long main shaft and short main shaft. Then a maintenance schedule for the 5 components was made at PT. Mitra Agung Swadaya
