Produktivitas Alat Berat Pada Proyek Preservasi Jalan Duri-Kandis-Sp.Palas-Siak Ii (Pekanbaru)
ABSTRACT
Large-scale civil engineering work needs to use heavy equipment. According to their respective functions, heavy equipment includes, loaders, carriers, spreaders, and compactors. Tools must be used efficiently so that users need to know the capabilities of the tools, the types of tools, the limitations of the tools, as well as the operational costs of the tools. Productivity of heavy equipment depends on the type or type of tool, work method, working field conditions, and the time it takes to complete a job. This study aims to determine the type of tool needed, as well as heavy equipment production capacity on the Road Preservation Project Duri-Kandis-Sp.Palas-Siak II (Pekanbaru). In accordance with the time (duration) of the contract and the main work quantity (major item), the tack coat work is scheduled for 34 weeks with a work quantity of 31,228.06 liters; the AC-WC layer work is scheduled for 34 weeks with a quantity of 16,260.84 tons; AC-BC layer work scheduled 31 week with a quantity of 818.45 tons. This research was conducted by collecting existing data in the field and then analyzing production capacity, balancing the use of tools, and unit prices for tools according to the theory summarized from various sources to support the analysis carried out. From the results of the analysis obtained the effective duration of time to do the job Adhesive Coating (Tack Coat) 1 working week, Coat AC-BC 2 weeks of work, and Lapis AC-WC 6 weeks of work.
