Evaluasi Time Schedule Menggunakan Network Planning Dan Critical Path Method Pada Proyek Pembangunan Jembatan Nilo Kabupaten Pelalawan Provinsi Riau
ABSTRACT
The Nilo Bridge construction project has a main bridge length of 300 meters and an approach bridge of 275 meters while the width of the bridge is 9 meters with the A60 steel frame bridge type. This bridge work was built right next to the main bridge. This bridge is expected to improve connectivity and expedite the distribution of goods and services from Riau Province to Jambi Province and vice versa. With the acceleration of the work on the construction of the Nilo Bridge, there will be additional workers and of course cost increases. The CPM (Critical Path Method) method is used to find out the critical path in each work division by making a CPM Network Diagram to obtain the critical path in the Nilo Bridge construction project. The time for the construction of the Nilo Bridge project in Pelalawan Regency can be accelerated by 14 days from 540 days to 526 days. Project acceleration can be done by increasing the number of workers and tools with a cost optimization of Rp. 1,525,767,545.00 in the normal duration, while the accelerated duration with cost optimization is Rp. 153,307. 576.00 and produces a Cost Slope of Rp. 7,540,031.00
