Penerapan Teknologi Pemanenan Air Hujan Skala Individu Rumah Tangga Tipe 144 M2 Atap Limas Pada Daerah Rawa
ABSTRAK
The condition of raw water sources for clean water in Siak Regency is quite a lot but the quality of the water is not good. The Siak sub-district area generally has a swampy soil structure with a below normal pH of the water. The research objective was to analyze the contribution of rainfall to clean water needs in Rampak Village, Siak District, Siak District, Riau Province through the application of rainwater harvesting technology on an individual household scale. The research approach method used is the application of the Behavior Model by simulating an algorithm of the volume operating system in the reservoir based on the concept of mass balance for a certain time interval using Microsoft Excel with model input data consisting of annual rainfall amount (m/year), roof runoff coefficient , effective area of household roof (m2), and water demand data based on number of family members (m3/day). Rainfall data is sourced from the Hydrology Section of BWS III Sumatra with the location of the Siak rainfall recording station from 2016 to 2022. This research was conducted by simulating a model using a pyramid roof building sample of type 144 m2 with a roof area of 90 m2 and the number of occupants of the house as many as 4 people. The main results of the study prove that the contribution of rainfall in 2016-2022 indicates that rainwater cannot meet 100% of the needs of a family of 4 people with 1 m3 of clean water needs.
