ABSTRACT
A house is a building that functions as a residence or residence and a means of
fostering a family. (UUD NO. 4 of 1992 concerning housing and settlements).
The author plans drawings using the help of Autocad 2021 software and calculates
the budget for building costs using the Budget Plan (RAB). This aims to plan
buildings and calculate the Budget Plan for building a building. In addition, data
collection was also carried out directly to the field to survey the prices of building
materials and wages around the construction site. Building planning is carried out
using the help of Autocad 2021 software. From the planning results, the building
to be built has an area of 220 m2 with a land area of 450 m2. From the results of
building planning, the price that will be used to realize the building uses the price
from field survey results. Implementation of the construction requires a cost of
IDR 1,445,009,000 (one billion four hundred forty-five million nine thousand
rupiah), with a price per m2 of 5,971,108.58/m2. (Five million nine hundred
seventy one thousand one hundred eight thousand five eight rupiah).
