ABSTRACT
This research focuses on mapping the elevation of groundwater during the rainy season in Tuah Madani Subdistrict, Pekanbaru City. The main objective is to determine the variation in groundwater levels and its implications on waterlogging and flood risk in the area. Data was collected through field measurements and analysis at 30 measurement points. In the Tuah Madani Subdistrict, which comprises five villages, six random measurement points were taken in each village within the research area. The collected data from field surveys were processed and visualized using the ArcGIS application to determine the highest elevation values. This study aims to provide valuable insights into the groundwater dynamics and assist in the identification of areas prone to flooding, thus supporting effective flood risk management strategies in Tuah Madani Subdistrict.
