ABSTRACT
The importance of infiltration wells to be implemented in an area, especially the city of Pekanbaru, is evidenced by the existence of government policies regarding water resources and infiltration wells which are regulated in Pekanbaru City Regional Regulation No. 10 of 2006 in articles 18 to 19 concerning Obligations to Make Infiltration Wells. Based on field surveys that have been conducted, Tuah Madani District is an area that often experiences flooding. Therefore this research was conducted by taking the number of measurement points as many as 30 points. GIS can collect and store the necessary data and information either indirectly by importing it from other GIS software or directly by digitizing the spatial data from maps and entering attribute data from tables and reports. From the results of the research survey, it was possible to display a map of its distribution. Interpolation range from groundwater table (MAT) and soil permeability data using ArcGIS 10.6 software. Based on the results of research in the field from 30 points, the level of suitability of the groundwater level and soil permeability that meets the standards for applying infiltration wells, 11 points are obtained that meet the requirements of infiltration wells.
