Evaluasi Kerusakan Jalan Garuda Ujung Kota Pekanbaru Dengan Metode Pavement Condition Index (Pci)

ABSTRACT
Garuda Ujung Pekanbaru City’s Road is a seconery local road. Undivided 2 lane 2 way road type (2/2 TB) .Garuda Ujung Pekanbaru City’s Road is 1.100 meters long and 5 meters wide. The purpose of this research were to determine the types of the damage and find the index value of the flexible pavement condition on Garuda Ujung City’s Road by using the Pavement Condition Index (PCI) method. This research was conducted into 11 segments and each of those were divide into 100 meters per segment. The result of this research shows that the damage of Garuda Ujung Pekanbaru City’s Road were patching, bump, corrugation, potholes, raveling, block crack, alligator crack, diagonal crack, transverse crack, longitudinal crack, edge cracking, polished aggregate, shoving, and patching. Index value of 11 segment’s for Garuda Ujung City’s Road is 85, 26, 8, 5, 0, 0, 6, 14, 38, 62 and 26. That mean the condition is very good, poor, failed, failed, failed, failed, failed, very poor, poor, good and poor. So it’s need some serious handling from government to make a repair so it would make more worse damage.
