Dampak Parkir Di Badan Jalan Terhadap Kinerja Lalu Lintas Pada Jalan Hr. Soebrantas Depan Pasar Selasa Kota Pekanbaru
ABSTRACT
HR Street. Soebrantas is a 4-lane 2-way divided primary collector road (4/2 T). This road is traversed by various types of vehicles from light vehicles, heavy vehicles, large buses, large trucks, and motorcycles. The imbalance of land transportation facilities with an increase in the number of vehicles accompanied by roadside activities has resulted in traffic jams during rush hours. This final project aims to determine the impact of on-street parking on traffic performance on Jalan HR. Soebrantas in front of Pasar Tuesday, Pekanbaru City, the road capacity, degree of saturation and traffic speed will be calculated to determine whether the road performance is feasible or not used. Based on the results and calculations of traffic volume on the Jl. HR. Soebrantas found the busiest vehicles on Tuesday 6,482.13 cur/hour, then on Thursday 4,556.12 cur/hour and on Tuesday 4,937.01 cur/hour. The results of the calculation of road performance when there is parking on the road body, the road capacity is 6,859.44 reduced to 5,482.13. Based on the 2014 Indonesian Road Capacity Guidelines (PKJI) in accordance with the degree of saturation obtained, namely Jalan HR. Soebrantas STA 12+600 to STA 12+800 are categorized at road service level E with a degree of saturation value of 0.94 on Tuesday, 0.66 on Thursday and 0.71 on Saturday. which means that the volume of traffic is dense, but the density is not all the way. The increase in traffic volume only occurs at certain hours, so that it often causes an increase and decrease in vehicle speed. At certain hours the rider's freedom of movement is very limited, comfort is lacking, but the situation can still be tolerated for a short time.
