Penerapan Manajemen Waktu Menggunakan Network Planning Pada Proyek Pembangunan Jembatan Ruas Jalan Batas Kabupaten Siak Perawang
ABSTRACT
In the mass implementation of construction projects there is often a discrepancy between the planned schedule and the realization on the ground which can result in increased time and project completion being delayed. The causes of delays that often occur are due to changes in the situation on the project, design changes, the influence of weather factors, inadequate worker needs, materials or equipment, planning errors or specifications. In this case there are several ways to speed up project implementation, one of which is using the crashing method of network planning, which speeds up the duration of project completion. This study aims to determine the time for project acceleration, find out what activities are on the critical path using Network Planning and how much money is needed to accelerate project completion. This study uses the crashing method by adding 4 hours of overtime. The results of this study affected the project completion time, which initially lasted 157 days to 153 days, with an additional workforce of 20 people and a total cost slope of IDR 167,423,551.90. based on the results of calculations that the cost of accelerating 4 hours of overtime is more expensive than paying late fines.
