ABSTRACT Along with the development of housing complexes and the development of various areas, places of worship, especially mosques, require adequate service improvements. Planning for this mosque needs to be adjusted to the number of local residents. Writing this Final Project aims to plan and calculate the Budget Plan (RAB) for a 2-storey mosque in RT 05 RW 09 Kelurahan Air Dingin, Pekanbaru City. Data collection was carried out by studying literature, then conducting a site survey to determine the condition of the location and land area. Prices for materials and wages refer to the standardized prices for goods and services for the 2020 Kota Pekabaru government as well as surveys at construction sites. Building Planning uses AutoCad for 2D drawings, and Sketchup for 3D drawings. Planning for structural dimensions is carried out by SNI 2847-2013 preliminary design. From the planning results the building to be built has an area of 794 m2 on an area of 2.021 m2. Calculation results of the RT Mosque's RAB require a fee of IDR Rp2.744.825.000 (two billion four hundred seventy three million six hundred thirty eight thousand rupiah), or the price per m2 of IDR3.456.958 (three million one hundred fifteen thousand four hundred and thirteen rupiah).
