Analisis Daya Dukung Tiang Pancang Berdasarkan Metode Analitis Dan Metode Elemen Hingga Pada Pembangunan Jembatan Lukut
ABSTRAK
The implementation of infrastructure development such as bridge
construction requires a sturdy building with a strong foundation. The foundation
structure is the lower structure of the building that is directly connected to the soil
and the loading on the upper structure of the building, the foundation functions as
a load bearer by transmitting forces from the load from the upper structure of the
building and the soil around the foundation to the stiff soil layer. In addition, it is
able to support the foundation from a certain settlement limit due to sustaining the
load that is applied on the upper structure of the building.
The purpose of this research is to determine and compare the results of the
calculation of axial bearing capacity and lateral bearing capacity of piles and the
settlement of single piles based on planning data in from of the Standard
Penetration Test (SPT) data and based on implementation data in from of the
calendering data and Pile Driving Analyzer (PDA) test.
In this research, the analytical pile calculation method and the finite
element method are used, to calculate the axial bearing capacity of piles
analytically, the Meyerhoff method based on SPT data is used with the result of
214.2 tons, the method based on calendering data is the Hiley method with the
result of 285.5 tons and the Engineering News Record (ENR) method with the
result of 203.3 tons, while the finite element method (MEH) uses the Plaxis
program with the result of 223.6 tons and testing with the PDA test with the result
of 216 tons. To calculate the lateral bearing capacity using the Matlock and Reese
method analytically and using the Lpile 2019 program in the finite element
method with the results using the p-y curve method of 5.63 tons for lateral load
and deflection of 0.016 meters. For single pile settlement, the result of PDA is
23.19 mm and using Plaxis program is 19.78mm. Based on the results of bearing
capacity and settlement above, all methods will be compared using the PDA
results and the value closest to the PDA test results will be taken. For the bearing
capacity, the Meyerhoff method is closest to PDA with a difference of 1.01% and
for the decrease in the difference in comparison between PDA and Plaxis is 0.85%.
