ABSTRACT
With the increasing population in Sukajadi District, the need for clean water will also increase. In this study, an analysis of the availability of clean water was carried out in the Sukajadi District, Pekanbaru City. In this study using the Geometry formula to project population growth which will be used to calculate water needs in Sukajadi District. Based on the results of the analysis, it is known that the total demand for clean water in Sukajadi District in 2023 is 56.785 liters/second and in 2040 it is 73.665 liters/second, and the availability of clean water is 38.40 liters/second. So the availability of clean water does not meet the necessary clean water needs. Therefore, it is necessary to increase the production of clean water so that the need for clean water can be fulfilled.
