ABSTRACT
Riau Street, Pekanbaru City, is an undivided 2-lane 2-way Collector road (2/2 UD) located in the Pekanbaru area. This road is traversed by many types of vehicles, both light vehicles, medium vehicles, so that during rush hours traffic jams or delays are common. The calculation method for this Road Performance Study is guided by PKJI, 2014. Based on the research results it can be seen that the peak flow is Saturday 13 May 2023 at 07.30-08.30 with the results Fv = 37.107 km/hour, C = 2,700.48 pcu/hour, DS = 0.68, the average speed is 12.8 km/hour and the service level is C. So that the DS has not exceeded the value required by the 2014 PKJI (DS ≤ 0.75).
