Modifikasi Mesin Sablon Cup Semi Otomatis

Abstract
Screen printing is a moulding process technique that uses a screen with a certain density and is generally produced by nylon or silk (silk screen). Screen printing uses the basic ingredients of textile paint which can be published in any desired media. The purpose of this project is to modify the resulting machine easier to move with a smaller size of the cup screen printing. In the modification process, the authors changed several components on the machine, such as the size of the frame, the media to be printed, and the addition of several components, such as a molding stand. The mechanism used remains the same, namely using the launcher crank mechanism to move the screen during the forward and backward process. This semi-automatic cup screen printing machine modification uses a DC electric motor with a voltage of 12V and a rotation of 26-55 Rpm. This machine uses a delay relay timer where the rotation control on this electric motor will stop every rotation every 8 seconds.The results of cup printing onlu managed to print 3-4 cups/minute duirng the printing process.
